programs which enables them to maintain high standards in all aspects of

The Home Builders Association of
Washington County is dedicated to being proactive in pursuing legislative
and regulatory issues relative to the building industry and within the
best interests of the consumer in Washington County Maryland to help keep
home ownership within the reach of every citizen of Washington County who
chooses to own a home.
The HBAWC monitors regulations, policy
changes and ordinances changes both on the County level and within the
City of Hagerstown. Protecting your interests, is a challenge the HBAWC
has undertaken, and will continue on behalf of its members. It is the
mission of the HBAWC to monitor the regulations you, as a business person
do not have the time to monitor.
Homeownership is the American Dream, and the HBAWC
believes that homeownership can, and should be within the reach of every
American family. Working with all levels of government and monitoring
regulation and legislation relating to housing, the HBAWC works to keep
the cost of housing affordable. We believe housing should be well
constructed and designed and that all American homes should be built under
the free American enterprise system. |
