Move-In -
Friday, March 7, 2008
7am-6pm (exhibitors with large exhibit items should
contact the HBAWC office and may be requested to move-in on Thursday evening)
Exhibitor Reception
- Friday, March 7th 5pm-HCC ARCC Arena (invitation must be presented for
admission) Sponsored by Hagerstown Trust
Move-Out - All
exhibits MUST be removed from the ARCC by 9pm Sunday, March 9, 2008.

Exposition Service
- Exhibit space includes drayage in blue and white, tables and chairs.
Any other items required for exhibit space must be contracted by the exhibitor
directly with the exposition service by calling Penn State Exposition Service at
717.236.6733.
Electric Service
- Each 10' x 10' exhibit space will be supplied with one 110v electrical outlet.
Exhibitor must supply power strips and NEW extension cords for additional
electric. Any exhibitor having special electrical needs must note same on
the exhibitor application or call the HBAWC office directly. Exhibitors
requiring phone or cable hook-ups should contact HCC directly.
